I don't know if you're planning on traveling to Italy, but in Cortona, Tuscany (a little mountain town), I had the pleasure of visiting an Italian vineyard.  If ever you head that way, check with the restaurant Tonino's...the owner may allow you a tour. 

I must say, though, most Italians are polite about showing their property (at least, they were to me)...there's no harm in asking around.  Be positive, and you'll receive a positive response.
