Dan Rather talked about the Memogate on the Letterman show.. here is what he said:
"Although they had four months and millions of dollars, they could not demonstrate that the documents were not authentic, that they were forgeries," Rather said.
Ummmm... HELLO?
You have to PROVE THEY ARE legitimate first.
Ever hear of INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY?
I used to love watching Rather. I used to respect him. He was the only newsman I would watch.
I haven't watched him since..and won't.

I must concur. It is well-known that the letter was a forgery, and Rather continues to spin.
It is a shame that a man of his magnitude could not admit he was wrong. Another partisan blinded by hate.

Innocent until proven guilty works in a criminal court...................standards are not quite as stringent on the press, idiots.
By you're lame brain standards of reporting on Neo-Cons in particular ,not a fu<king thing would get reported that might not make your Bush-monkey look like Jesus on earth.

He screwed up, and denies it, even though it's right out there for everyone to see. Kind of like another famous democrat, who denied having sex with that woman, even when the DNA proved otherwise.
