from what I have being seeing going on on the governments' work place have really discussed me; the employees don't take their jobs/careers seriously and as a privilege. employees talking on theirs cell phones while on the clock, off the job when they should be in the office, not being courteous to theirs customers especially the locals and feel as if government owe them something.
