Hey-boyfriend and I are traveling to mexico for the first time and have free tickets to anywhere- is ixtapa great? We want to sun -fish -relax-snorkel and swim. I s the snorkeling comparable to Hawaii? Is it true the water is not clear? Lots of sharks?

When is rainy season? Can we go to any beach we want? Is it crowed ?We are coming from Alaska and truely need some great weather and fun in the sun!!! Is Dec a good time- we dont need 100 degrees but it would be nice- Any advice is appreciated!!!!!!!!When is hurricane season? SCARY! :shock:
