I'm guessing it is Lithuanian. (Grandmother's maiden name). Which might even make me a quarter Lithuanian, depending on her father's background. (My Grandfather's last name/my mother's maiden name) Kidaloski. Does anyone know what region of Poland Kidaloski might be from, based on anything of that name? I've seen it spelt Kidalowski also, if that's any help.

Based on the information provided, I would say that it could be either one. There was a time when almost all Lithuanian surnames were made to look more polish, due to historical reasons. Without further information and further research, it is impossible to determine the exact origin.
