Me (Deano) and my buddy Andrew are heading to Mazatlan for spring break Mar 16 - 30th.  Looking to meet others heading south to party.  We're staying at Emporio Mazatlan in the Golden Zone. :D:D:D:D  Let's party!!!  This is my second time and am wondering what the best party packages or bracelets / whatever are THXXX
