yes you do ,if you are looking for work in vzla you need a visa you do not need one for tourism , if you plan tp stay longer than a month you need one ,look the venezuelan embassy online , hope this info was helpful

it dippends where you coming I,m from holland and my wife is from venezuela and i,m allways there for 3 months and I need no visa and I go 2 times a year. so don,t give the people the wrong info
