we recently visited Mazatlan and ate in a courtyard restaurant a few blocks from the Inn at Mazatlan (can't remember the name of the restaurant). Anyway, there was this awesome gituarist named Temo Ruelas playing there. Does anyone know how to contact him? I couldn't find him with google. I bought a CD from him and it is faulty and i want to know how to get a replacement. do the moderators have any suggestions?
