It is the responsibility of every person using this board to monitor their use and to bring the moderators' attention to those who violate the rules of usage. The appropriate way to do this is to send a PM to the moderators (individually or collectively) with a link to the offending post. The more specific the complaint on the post is, the easier it is for everyone.
