Denmark is traditionally a beer nation, and even though I enjoy an occational bottle of wine and/or vodka, Beer would be my preferable selection if faced with the choice

I must admit, I didn't even knew it excisted. However, I have tried a similar conceptrestaurant a bit further from the center, called Noerrebros Bryghus ( http://noerrebrobryghus.dk/21/ ) and that was fantastic. There is nothing quite like dinner and a freshly pumped gourmet beer.
I'd say go for it. (either of them) and enjoy...

Great,
I hope to do this Monday June 1st at around 1700 (I will confirm when we get closer to the date) as a meet and greet. It would be great to meet everyone in person, You for helping me out so much and my cousins that live in the area.
Don't know if I posted this before but I found Thomas (Alberts Son) and Sharon both live in Copenhagen.

Plans have changed I just received an from the Brewpub and it turns out that they are closed on Monday June 1st. for one of your National Hoildays that I was unaware of while looking for a place to meet. I am either going to have to change the place or the date. I will keep you posted as soon I figure it out.
