| After eating supper, try a healthy desert, plain whole yogurt with honey or berries.

I grew up in the midwest. If I ever eat one more jello salad I think I'll lay down and die. My son must have inherited my aversion, even as a toddler he hated the stuff.
My passion used to be ice cream. Now I like a little sugar-free sorbet after dinner. Sweet, refreshing, and very low cal.

| I use the jello more as flavoring then as jello. I spinkle it on my plain yogurt and stir it up and instantly I have lemon, or strawberry yogurt, and if you use sugar free jello it doesn't ad a ton of calories.

Guac and tortilla chips. Making it is quite easy, and it tastes unbelievable. Avocados are amazing.

Three ripe and soft avocados, one firm roma tomato, one medium white onion, one large jalapeno pepper, or two small green Serrano peppers, two small keylimes, fresh cilantro, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper.
Fine chop the onion, tomato, peppers (if you want it hotter leave the seeds) If you just want the flavor and not so hot remove the seeds, and fine chop the fresh cilantro until you have enough for about an 8th to a quarter cup. Slice your keylimes in half. Set this all aside and .....
Slice the avocados in half and with a heavy knife tap the seed so that knife holds it, and give it a twist, boom badda beem the seed is out. Then take a large table serving spoon and scoop out the avocado, it should be soft, or the guacamole will not be right. set the avocado in the bowl and mash it with your spoon. Add the other ingredients and squeeze the keylimes in mix it all together with two large table spoons of mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste.
How to keep your guacamole looking fresh; take a piece of saran wrap or plastic wrap and lay it down on the surface of the guacamole and push all the air pockets out, and seal the edges of bowl. Oxygen is the enemy of the avocado and guacamole. But remember that guacamole should be eaten immediately.

A nice crisp green apple can really hit the spot. With more energy packed into a green apple than you might expect from a cup of coffee, they're a good choice. For extra trhills (!?) you might try smearing a bit of peanut butter or cheese on apple slices. Nice, cool, crispy and tasty!
There are a million other snacks out there. A handful of dry cereal can really hit the spot too.
