Will they build around him? Do you think they should?
We'd be in much better shape if our dumbass GM had kept Danks, Volquez and Chris Young. Texas has always been a hitting team, but it was the pitching that brought the downfalls. Since Nolan Ryan became team President he hasn't make any stupid moves. Nolan would give him a noogie like he gave Robin(what a sissy ass girl's name)Ventura.

| I'd trade lardass Millwood. If all I got was a can of corn I'd think I robbed the other team. I'd sign Hamilton to a long term contract and I'd keep Cruz over Jones.

Nobody else thought this was funny? I laughed.
GO METS! Maybe we can find away to beat the Phils this year. I may have to show up and bust Ryan Howard's knee out with a lead pipe. Fatass probably still hit some homers though.

| I start with signing Manny. I don't care what people say about him. If he has a bad additude and doesn't try, and still hits .314 career while averaging 34 homers a year, I will take that bad additude anyday. I think that people judge him because of the Bosox, and they did the same with Pedro. Granted Pedro only had 1.5 good years with us, but he has always been a team player. They gave him a hard time in Boston saying he had a bad additude. Maybe its Boston? LA loved him and his .396 average.

Howards not your only worry. A healthy Chase Utley will put up MVP stats. Look for Hamels to emerge as one of the best pitchers in baseball. The big question for the Phils will be Moyer and Myers.

No, the real question for the Phillies this year will be..... How will they enjoy a 2nd place finish? I better keep on praying huh?

That could happen. The Mets have a good ball club and sooner or later will win the division. I say the odds are 50/50 between the Mets or the Phils, and I am sure hoping that the Mets do not sign Manny as that most likely would seal the deal for them.

I can only hope we have a healthy pitching rotation. Think of how much pressure that would take off the bullpen. I'm getting half a chub thinking about it...
