McCain's medical history is not a matter of pubic record.
But with all due respect, he does need to tell the American electorate why he looks like he's has a ping-pong ball stuck in the back of his left cheek.
That sounds mean, but it's true. Speaking of true, there's some right-wing liars (lying breaks a commandment, folks) who say it's because of anything other than melanoma.
He got cancer. That's why his cheek is all jacked up.
