Hallo,
I'm currently e-mailing a friend who is Danish, and I'd really like to be able to say some sweet things to her to make her smile. I've started the Rosetta Stone course, but could do with some help getting the following sentances right - they're not in the course, for obvious reasons! any help would be hugely appreciated, by me and my friend I'm sure! Also, if you have any suggestions of typically danish compliments and sentiments, then they would be warmly received. Here goes..
Your messages always make me smile
Sending you tiny little hugs to keep you warm
I'm sorry that it's raining - it's my fault!!
You are such a good mother
I'm so pleased that we are friends - you always bring a bit of sunshine into my day
I wish that you were here to enjoy it with me sweetie (meaning coffee! lol)
Sweet dreams cupcake, and speak to you tomorrow
Thanks in advance guys and gals - I know that it's a bit cheeky to ask, but I just really want to get the grammar etc right so that the meaning isn't lost or corrupted - I don't want to accidentally propose or anything!

here goes:
1) dine beskeder får mig altid til at smile
2) sender dig en masse kram så du kan holde dig varm ( that rimes in danish!.. lol)
3) Undskyld at det regner -det er min skyld!!
4) du er sådan en god mor
5)jeg er så glad for at vi er venner - du bringer solskin på min vej (the last bit actually means: you bring sunshine on my road... that sounds more natural in danish)
6) jeg ville ønske du var her så du kunne nyde den sammen med mig
7) hmm... i will not translate the word cupcake directly since it would sound stupid (like i would not call a beautiful woman a herring in english... even though it is a compliment in danish)
drøm sødt søde, og vi skrives ved i morgen
and her is some words/sentences that might be useful
i lige måde= you too
du er sådan en sild = you are such a herring(hot).... odd
du er så sød = you are so sweet
hyggeligt = nice, cozy, wonderful and lovely.... ok the word is un-translatable

Thanks so much for that!! I had a sneaking feeling that it might be you that helped, and felt a big guilty for asking, but I know that it makes my friend smile so much to have someone try and speak Dansk to her. I will get there, but these will help so much in the meantime, and if I'd tried to figure them out myself I'd have absolutely murdered the word order
And the suggestions are super - you're such a herring lol! that seems so typically danish for some reason. If you get anymore inspiration then it's always welcome.
Hugely appreciate it though. Tusind tak!!
