I had watched a program called Deep Fried America (or something like that) and this was one of the fried foods they showed.  One of the guys that was eating in the restaurant that served this dish was worried his wife would see the show b/c she had already told him she didn't want him eating this.  While I'm sure this can't be healthy, I would try it in the blink of an eye.  Maybe I should pull my FryDaddy out and go to town...
