d4l...Oh my GODS man...I've tried the Baconnaise and Bacon Salt...sweet mercy, they have different flavored ones.....bbq...honey...smoked...I'm am salt-FREE baby now

| There is a place by my friends house that sells these things they call bacon chunks. It is thick chunks half fat half meat. They are delcious.

Bastadiches didn't stock to much of the baconnaise...either that or they had a friggin run on it, was lucky to get a small one.

I can feel my arteries hardening just looking at it.. I had watched a program called Deep Fried America (or something like that) and this was one of the fried foods they showed. One of the guys that was eating in the restaurant that served this dish was worried his wife would see the show b/c she had already told him she didn't want him eating this. While I'm sure this can't be healthy, I would try it in the blink of an eye. Maybe I should pull my FryDaddy out and go to town...
