Only in Kansas City could they come up with that smoked heart attack on a plate.
My son is a bacon whore. He'll do anything for a couple strips of fatback.
Have any of you even cooked bacon in the oven? Cleaner and easier than frying and the strips stay flat and cook evenly.

It is easier to clean when you put some parchment paper on the cookie sheets. If you don't care about health I would recommend deep frying bacon.
