Hello,

I was at the fair recently and Kitchen Craft had some demonstrators showing off their waterless cookery.  The pots and pans are much more expensive than regular pots and pans.  I've been bidding on ebay for some used pans.  I was wondering what kinds of experiences if any you folks have had with waterless cooking.
