Had BLTs, mmmmm good. I'm going to miss homegrown t'maters in my salads.
There's nothing like picking one off the vine, rubbing it on your shirt and eating it while it's still warm.

| Which tomatoes did you grow? I like big juicy beefsteak tomatoes. Nice and juicy and runny. i like to make homemade tomato soup out of them or just eat them with salt.

I planted rutgers this year, which really yielded a lot for 2 plants. I used the Topsy Turvy's, and they really worked I wish I would have planted some cherry tomatoes, too, but I really didn't expect those contraptions to work.
Homemade tomato soup sounds really good, is it a lot of work?

No, supringly it takes almost no effort. Stewed tomatoes are real good also. I always wanted to try one of those topsy turve. Now I have reason to hant around to see how it comes out......
