The reason I bring up the Palestinians is to illustrate this small group of people gets lots of attention and sympathy
There's no reason at all why we can't talk about both. Both issues concern entire populations, consisting of millions of people.
9/11, however, which concerned about 3000 people - I absolutely agree. We should really shut up about that already.

arabs aren't black either. remember the old adage, brown you can hang around. there's lot to it but I agree the oil is very important to us. especially to the people who make the big bucks.

Since America arms Israel it bears the same responsibility. But Palestines could be easier to solve.
The problem is, the U.S. and Israel aren't honest brokers of peace. They act more like despots. Oppressive.
We still give so much foreign aid, but that aid, as in the case of Israel goes directly back into U.S. defense contractors for purchasing weapons.
Same goes for Columbia, we only aid them on the condition they spend it on military. Really corrupt.
