. . . and he tried hard. Last Friday I drove from the lower end of No. Jersey to the southern tip of NJ. There were hundreds of signs with Obama's arm over Corzine's shoulder saying, "Keep It Going" . . . .
This is a big win! This, with Virginia is excellent! ![[allamerican]](/forums/themes/default/allamerican.gif)
He was in all three states campaigning for democrats, but a lot in NJ. Clinton was calling these elections in Va., NJ and NY a referendum on Obama, but by tonight Gibbs was saying Obama wasn't paying attention to the elections! And all the dems are downplaying it, saying they have nothing to do with Obama approvals.
Meanwhile, "insignificant" as the dems keep saying republicans are . . . ! Maybe they'll have to tone that down a bit!

Okay, that gives me a big ol' happy. Corzine has been a disaster for NJ.
I just hope that next year sees California have similar good fortune.

Indeed. He has been a disaster for NJ. And, what concerned me was that the voters might re-elect him . . . . But, they didn't!!! I couldn't be happier. And now, may Christie do at least a good, preferably an excellent job there!

I do to but I'm really am going to laugh my ass off if California votes Moonbeam back in. I say damn the torpedoes, keep voting in Democrats so that the state will be forced to declare bankruptcy.

They'll gut Prop 13 first and send us into a Detroit spiral, so nice way to cut everyone's noses off to spite their faces.
