CONWAY, S.C. --- A 50-year-old South Carolina man was sentenced Wednesday to three years in prison after pleading guilty for a second time within two years to having sex with the same horse.
The judge sentenced Rodell Vareen to five years in prison, but he will only have to serve three years as long as he successfully completes two years of probation and undergoes additional therapy once released from prison.

There are just way too many jokes to be made about this guy.
Wonder what they'll call him in prison?
And exactly HOW do you explain what you need counceling for to your therapist?

Why? What, you don't believe in a reach around? You guys have been taking it up the rear from donkey's for years.
Now if he'd been in a Blue State like Washington, no problem as long as the horse wasn't injured.
As the following article states: "Deputies don't believe a crime occurred because bestiality is not illegal in Washington state and the horse was uninjured". ![[fallingdown]](/forums/themes/default/laughing.gif)

Is NAMBLA going to come to his rescue? Oh wait, that's North America Man/Boy Love Association isn't it, not North America Man/Beast Love Association?

I'm curious - what would they do to a woman who had sex with an animal? I once heard of a woman who "aroused" a male dolphin and mounted him. She ended up almost drowning. I believe she was in some kind of marine park where tourists can pay to swim with dolphins.
How come I almost never hear about women committing bestiality?

Well, as a former female friend once explained to me, there is a double standard for women. They can pretty much say and do anything they want because they're women, and they aren't subject to the same standards of conduct men are.
To answer your question, the male dolphin was probably charged with sexual misconduct or rape, and is now serving 5 to 10 at the Shed Aquarium in Chicago.

It's why when making love to a Dolphin all experts recommend against the Missionary Position if you are a human female spending 'quality time' with a male Dolphin.
Don't know why some people need to discover that the hard way.

So what position is best for human females who fantasize about having sex with male dolphins?

| Perhaps the 'bath tub position'?

I don't think that comes naturally for male dolphins (that are mating).

What a shame he only got 3 yrs. Someone like this is not fit to breath the same air my horses do. Hanging him by his you know what until dead would have suited me better. I always thought the gal that found him doing the deed was a fool for not taking him as a dangerous trespasser and blowing his brains out.
This guy belongs in the same league as Vick.

he needs mental health counseling, on top of the jail time...
Ultimately, the 3 years is for attacking/damaging the property of the horse's owner... The justice system does not consider any kind of emotional impact suffered by pets/animals, usually... The Law mainly treats abused animals and pets as property, not defensible entities in their own right.. (which makes sense, since animals cant think and decide for themselves)
