No. He would have gotten the same sentence if he'd equated Blacks or Chinese with nazis. Hate speech laws.
I agree that persecuting people based on racist/homophobic utterings is silly, but you need to get a clue.
I personally support the deportation of foreign-born nationals who turn out to be incurably criminal, which is a problem in some ghetto areas. Wilders is simply opposed to anybody brown-looking.

You realize if we let the govt start criminalizing hate speech and locking up people that talk sedition that we would be like Cuba with jails filled with American political prisoners?
Being that the Democrats currently hold the govt, that would mean that the people that rallied the other day at DC holding up those anti-Obama signs would all be detained and held as political prisoners.

Those men were walking, talking, lying maggots. My bet is that they wouldnt like the action taken if they tried that crap in my hometown. What if some white religious victim ACCIDENTALY drove his SUV right over them? Would the media explain how he had been mistreated because of his religion and the government declare it just a simple accident like they did when that muslim drove over those people some time back!?? We have those enemies against us and our own government /media giving them cover!

It seems really strange to read continually people advocate the break up of the US (which is what seccession and nullification is) and then hear complaints about sedition from the same group - the right.
They need to make up their mind if they want the US to continue or get rid of it. Or maybe they are split into factions with different views on this subject.
