What's the problem?
A red-blooded, real American exercised his Second Amendment right to settle an issue with a gun.
Isn't that a patriotic moment?

When LoT first heard of the shooting, immediately his mind went to "Awright!! Now how can i start a thread where I can blame this on Obama?"

| I saw no evidence of insensitivity in the president's remarks. If he seemed a bit distracted to the perspicacious Trutherooney, it could be that Obama was thinking of the number of school children shot on the streets of Chicago this year. I don't remember El Truthero waxing apoplectic over those innocent American lives lost.

This is what he said
"It's difficult enough when we lose these brave Americans in battles overseas," the president said. "It is horrifying that they should come under fire at an Army base on American soil."
"My immediate thoughts and prayers are with the wounded, and with the families of the fallen, and with those who live and serve at Fort Hood,"
What was he supposed to say, go out and kill every Muslim you can find? I plan to invade the polygon of evil?

On the assumption that the Truthmeister meant to write "Your buddy's actions were despicable..." I would remind the distinguished troll that the good doctor who blazed away with his two, privately purchased handguns* down on Fort Hood was a religiously conservative Muslim -- hardly a liberal or buddy of liberals.
*the only military personnel routinely armed on base are MPs -- the Pentagon is a lot more cautious about young men running around with guns than are Rush Limbaugh's fans. Ironic, n'cest pas?

Remember? Underlined mine.
It wouldn't be surprising to me to learn that you've never read the Second Amendment; it isn't a right given by that amendment to "settle an issue with a gun" -- your dishonest, sycophantically delighted summary of a barbaric massacre that has no relation to the amendment which you ultimately wish weren't.
The suspect is a member of the United State's Military, and so the Second Amendment, apart from the aforementioned, hasn't even remote relevance. The desperate lunacy with which you strain to connect these murders and the Second Amendment shows as clearly as your uselessness.
How can you revel in this horror, high-nosed and patronizing?
Knowing you haven't the courage -- you being the sort of filth American political discourse is so unfortunately mucked with -- I still suggest that you go and ask the servicemen and their families at Fort Hood "What's the problem?" and illustrate to them with the blood of their fathers, sons, brothers, and husbands the evil of personal civilian gun ownership.
