Sorry to begin a relationship by asking a favor, but would like to hear from anyone with experience purchasing a home in Mazatlan, particularly if you have had experience with Century 21 or El Cid properties. We are in the process of doing so, may be able to offer advice, and could certainly benefit from the advice of others.
Thanks!

Hello, we own a home in Mazatlan for the last 15 years and had a good experience, we love The place and know some people that own in El Cid and they all have only good things to say about it, is probably one of teh nicest places to live!
Good luck

| Sure you can buy property here. Even on the beach, through a bank trust. Just make sure you have a good realtor and I would also reccomend hiring a real estate attorney, just to make sure the title is free and not on an ejido or anything like that.
