Hi!
I visited Niagara falls for 4 days and loved it since I hadn't been there since 2001 but this time I had a spouse with me as I have a disability and can't travel alone. While there we gambled at the Casino Niagara as well as touring. My spouse forgot our casino playing cards in a machine there and I was really upset as I "wanted them as the little slot bungee cord on them" was to be my souvenir.
When I got home after a long 8 hr bus and train ride I phoned back to the casino players advantage desk and to security for help to get mailed to me the bungee cords as I could not have the cards back without showing my ID. I can't go back on a minutes notice to show my ID. It took me all my strength with my disability to get there once. I phoned to the new Niagara Fallsview casino and a nice young man said he would get a friend from the Niagara to get me one and he would mail it out. I have this sad feeling that he is not going to do it. I was there from June 21-24. We celebrated a 59th birthday there. It was wonderful but I really want my bungee cord.
If any one reads this and can help me get 1 or 2 of the little green slot machine bungee cords I would be really thankful. I live in Ottawa and heaven knows when my next trip will be with getting a small disability pension. I am hoping some good citizen in Niagara Falls can help me out or maybe pass this letter on to someone who can. I had thought about the mayor but where to write him?
